In Aerotecnic, we effort for improving our competitiveness.

We have implemented SAP and an own developed Global Lean management system with the aim of to keep improving the efficiency in our resources and the flexibility in the response to our customers.

    Main responsible of manufacturing and logistics. In a functionally way, it is the internal customer of all the areas. It manages the organization resources for securing products’ quality, to fulfil rigorously the deliveries operative planning and to watch over the productive efficiency.

      We establish the development strategy of products defining the needed means and general objectives. We prepare the technical offers and plan strategic alliances with the main market’s actors.

    • Operacional development

      We secure the operative efficiency of the Company dimensioning the available resources, directly related with the customer and guarantying the capability of to fulfil the requirements and deliveries planning.

    • Technical direction

      The operations area develops the strategy and the industrial plan based on the defined goals by Direction Committee in products, sectors and regions. It is responsible of the technical issues and their implementations, fitting the operative budgets to look for excellence.

    • Planning and reporting

      Functional responsible of the management of all the departments and business units which compounds the industrial part. Supply chain, production, logistics, engineering, programmes and quality. It is who watches over the Company’s growth and represents it in front of professional institutions.

    It leads the technical knowledge for guarantying programmes’ industrialization, manufacturing and management processes’ robustness, as well as to guarantee the life cycle of products manufactured by Aerotecnic.
